BPD were contracted to carry out the entire renovation of a grade ii listed property in the centre of Bath. The client, a private investor, insisted on a quick turnaround and a high quality finish. 

BPD were responsible for everything from damp proofing the basement right through to installing the final fixtures and fittings. Strip out works began in October of 2022 and we handed back the property in July of 2023. The client was extremely pleased with the final outcome and the timescale it took to complete this project.
